Southern Jazz Guitar Society (SJGS) will not collect any information about you unless you decide to become a member.


If you area member, the SJGS will collect, with your promission, personal data which could include name, postal and/or email addresses, contact telephone numbers and website/social net-working addresses for the sole purpose of organising and promoting SJGS events and activities.  These details will be available to members of SJGS members for this purpose only and will not be shared with third parties.  SJGS will need to hold this data as long as SJGS continues to run, or until you tell us to you no longer want to be involved, at which time we will remove your details from our contact list.  You may withdraw your consent for your data to be held by SJGS at any time by sending an email to any member of the SJGS committee, or by making a telephone call to any member of the committee.  To exercise all relevant rights, queries or complaints, in the first instance please contact SJGS Admin at
